The Eduspot app for parents

You might recognise the name Eduspot if you’ve used any of our products over the past two decades, including Teachers2Parents, Groupcall, SchoolMoney, WisePay and more.

The Eduspot mobile app (previoulsy known as Groupcall Xpressions) was created for parent users to stay up to date more easily with messages and updates from school.  The app brought together communications and payments in one place, providing a more seamless experience for parents and carers.

Eduspot became part of Community Brands in 2017, alongside other leading UK edtech providers including Groupcall and WisePay, and later joined by Assembly and Parentapps. In 2024, Community Brands UK became VenturEd Solutions.

Today, the Eduspot app is a better companion for parents and families than ever. We have more integrations with our own systems than ever before, to bring communications and payments together in a more streamlined experience. In addition, we’re working on lots more partnerships with other EdTech providers to bring even more great platforms into the Eduspot app, reducing the need for parents to juggle lots of different logins and install yet more apps on their smartphones.

This website is purely to guide parent users when using the Eduspot app. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist individual parents directly with queries about using the app, due to data protection legislation as well as the different ways that all our schools might choose to manage their data and processes. We highly recommend getting in touch with your school directly for personalised help with any issues you may have with the app, but feel free to browse this site for advice first (starting with our Troubleshooting guide or FAQ page).
